More than a profile, this is a digital ecosystem. I use my platforms to bridge the gap between high-end aesthetics and a massive, engaged audience. My role is to curate, inspire, and redefine what it means to be a modern fashion authority.

For a long time, I was a spectator. Growing up queer and neurodivergent, I felt out of sync, as if I were 'too much' yet not enough. In February 2024, a weekend in Soho changed everything. Seeing the raw, unapologetic energy of the London fashion scene woke me up. I realized I was restricting myself to fit a mold that wasn't mine.
I returned to Switzerland with a promise: to dress for myself, even if it meant being 'too much'. By sharing my journey and my personal development principles, I realized I wasn't alone. I saw thousands of people hiding their true selves out of fear. My fashion became my armor and my message: if I can own my difference, so can you.
What started as a personal liberation evolved into a strategic mission. Today, I am building the HERZ REALM: a sanctuary where being 'extra' is the standard, where gender has no boundaries, and where no one ever has to feel alone for being unique.

TikTok: From Visibility to Community Building:
My current strategy marks a pivot toward high-frequency, diversified content. I have scaled my posting rhythm to 20 videos per day, optimizing both reach and audience retention. While performance remains the core metric, I have shifted from purely aesthetic clips to a "followable" creator model:
Content Mix: Integrating inspirational text, empowerment storytelling, direct CTAs, and lifestyle "talking" videos.
Sustainability & Variety: To avoid repetitive content, I strategically repurpose high-performing past outfits alongside new multi-outfit edits and high-production montages.
Performance: This shift has already yielded a 100% increase in daily growth, jumping from an average of 120 to 200–250 new followers per day, with strong projections for the coming weeks.
Instagram: Optimized Conversion & Loyalty:
My Instagram strategy is built on a dual-speed model designed for maximum efficiency:
Acquisition (Trial Reels): I post 7 trial reels daily (the platform's optimal limit) featuring direct CTAs. This approach allows for massive discovery and constant testing of new trends and hooks.
Retention (Regular Reels): In addition, I upload 2–3 "regular" high-quality reels per day. These are specifically designed to nurture my existing community, build long-term loyalty, and convert new viewers into dedicated followers.
Current Objective: My primary focus is aggressive audience expansion. By diversifying formats and increasing touchpoints, I am positioning my profile as a daily destination for fashion inspiration rather than a one-off discovery.
Vision & Long-term Growth
My long-term objective is to solidify a highly engaged community to establish authority and visibility within the fashion niche. This strategic growth serves as a dual-phase launchpad:
Immediate: Scaling high-tier collaborations and industry event opportunities.
Future: Providing a robust foundation to promote and scale my upcoming ventures, including my clothing brand, poster print business, and YouTube channel.
